Built to Specification
Every Aeromarine buoy is manufactured to the dimensions, grade and configuration confirmed with our team before production begins — from tooling and raw material. selection through to the finished unit. Mechanical and structural detail is built to your requirement, not a generic mould.
In-House Rotational & Injection Moulding
Aeromarine manufactures its own range of navigational and mooring buoys in-house at our Aurangabad facility, using rotational moulding equipment built for the job — from raw material through to final inspection. Keeping this process in-house is what lets us stand behind every buoy that carries the Aeromarine name.
Finishing & Checks
Every unit is checked for wall thickness, colour and finish, and fitted with its topmark and mooring points to specification before it leaves the yard. Lenses are moulded on our own in-house injection machines.
Distributed Product
Marine lanterns, port-entry lights and lighthouse equipment are supplied through Aeromarine as authorised distributor for Sealite — agents since 1996. We do not manufacture these units ourselves, and never represent them as our own.
Built to Specification
Every Aeromarine buoy is fitted, painted and finished to a consistent standard before it leaves the yard, with topmarks, mouldings and mooring points checked against specification prior to despatch.
Inventory
To service the often ‘urgent need’ requirements of our customers, Aeromarine maintains a working inventory of finished goods, stocked for urgent despatch across India’s coastline.
Rotational and Injection Moulding
The Aeromarine buoy division provides turn-key production of navigation aids, from tooling development, raw material selection and production, to final testing and inspection. Keeping this entire process in-house allows us to guarantee the quality of every product that carries the Aeromarine name.
Aeromarine manufactures its own range of navigational and mooring buoys in-house at our Aurangabad facility — official Sealite agents since 1996 — using state-of-the-art rotational moulding equipment, so our buoys are built to withstand the severest of conditions.
The lenses used on our navigation aids are moulded on in-house, modern injection machines, ensuring a consistent optical finish.
